Tarkir Dragonstorm Prerelease Weekend

Return to the dragon-infested plane of Tarkir with the all new Tarkir Dragonstorm set. Tarkir Dragonstorm brings back the five clans of Tarkir as well as all new spirit dragons! Play in exclusive prerelease events one week prior to official set launch!

Magic Prerelease events allow you to play with the latest Magic set before it releases to the general public. Prerelease events are fun, casual tournaments designed for all skill levels.

This is a sealed deck event where each player will receive a special kit containing five Play Boosters of Tarkir Dragonstorm, a special seeded booster of clan-aligned cards, a promo card, and an exclusive spindown d20. Each player builds a 40 card minimum deck from the cards in their kit and basic lands (bring your own or use ours).

There are many exciting events throughout the weekend:

Friday April 4th at 6:45 pm: Sealed Deck
Saturday April 5th at 12:00 pm: Sealed Deck
Saturday April 5th at 4:00 pm: 2-Headed Giant Sealed Deck
Sunday April 6th at 12:00 pm: Sealed Deck

Pre-registration is STRONGLY recommended. Prerelease events are very popular and have sold out before. Avoid disappointment and pre-register early! Pre-registering will also help guarantee your preferred clan prerelease kits. Preferences will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Each event will feature 3 total Swiss rounds. For each match win, you will receive a prize pack of Tarkir Dragonstorm. Players who play all 3 rounds but do not win any matches will also receive a free prize pack. In addition, each player who wins a round will get a free draw from our special Promo Board of Mystery! The Board of Mystery will be seeded with lots of promos from previous releases!

Prereleases are casual, fun events where you get the opportunity to play with the new set’s cards before they release. If you’ve never attended a tournament before, this is a great way to get involved with no pressure!
