Friday Prereleases are Back!! Kick off the release of Theros Beyond Death in style with exclusive prerelease events a full week prior to set release.

Magic Prerelease events allow you to play with the latest Magic set before it releases to the general public. Prerelease events are fun, casual tournaments designed for all skill levels.

This is a sealed deck event where each player will receive a special kit containing six packs of Theros Beyond Death, a promo card, and a spindown life counter. Each player builds a 40 card minimum deck from the cards in their kit and basic lands (bring your own or use ours).

There are many events throughout the weekend at both stores:

Nashua:
Friday, January 17th at 3:30 p.m.: Sealed Deck

Londonderry:

Preregistration (at the store or over the phone) is STRONGLY recommended. Prerelease events are very popular and have sold out before. Avoid disappointment and pre-register early! A link to preregister appears above.

The cost to play is $28.

Each event will feature 3 total swiss rounds. For each match win, you will receive a prize pack of Theros Beyond Death. Players who play all 3 rounds but do not win any matches will also receive a free prize pack. In addition, each player who wins a round will get a free draw from our special Promo Board of Mystery! The Board of Mystery will be seeded with lots of promos from previous releases, including some special surprises!

Prereleases are casual, fun events where you get the opportunity to play with the new set’s cards before they release. If you’ve never attended a tournament before, this is a great way to get involved with no pressure!
