The final chapter of the Phyrexian invasion of the multiverse is here…Kick off the release of March of the Machine in style with exclusive pre-release events a full week prior to set release.
Magic Prerelease events allow you to play with the latest Magic set before it releases to the general public. Prerelease events are fun, casual tournaments designed for all skill levels.
This is a sealed deck event where each player will receive a special kit containing six packs of March of the Machine, a promo card, and an exclusive d20. Continuing in this set, ANY rare or mythic rare can appear as a date-stamped promo card! Each player builds a 40 card minimum deck from the cards in their kit and basic lands (bring your own or use ours).
There are many events throughout the weekend:
Friday April 14th at 7:00 pm: Sealed Deck
Saturday April 15th at 11:00 am: Sealed Deck
Saturday April 15h at 4:00 pm: 2-Headed Giant Sealed Deck
Sunday April 16th at 11:00 am: Sealed Deck
Pre-registration is STRONGLY recommended. Prerelease events are very popular and have sold out before. Avoid disappointment and pre-register early!
The cost to play is $30.
Each event will feature 3 total swiss rounds. For each match win, you will receive a prize pack of March of the Machine. Players who play all 3 rounds but do not win any matches will also receive a free prize pack. In addition, each player who wins a round will get a free draw from our special Promo Board of Mystery! The Board of Mystery will be seeded with lots of promos from previous releases, including Magic 30th Anniversary promos!
Prereleases are casual, fun events where you get the opportunity to play with the new set’s cards before they release. If you’ve never attended a tournament before, this is a great way to get involved with no pressure!
